Our programs are offered directly to individuals by the Foundation. The Foundation may also provide indirect funding through third-party organizations that provide similar programs to individuals both inside and outside the state of Washington (such as the United States Equestrian Federation, the United States Hunter and Jumper Foundation, Lake Washington Saddle Club, etc.)
